Gay Pride Maspalomas May 2010!
From 3 to 9th May - GAY PRIDE MASPALOMAS 2010!Events for the week:
MONDAY
STREET ENTERTAINMENT in the YUMBO CENTRE.
SAMBA SAMBA SAMBA
Samba Band, Acrobats and Dancers will be parading around from 9.30pm, performing circuit laps of the Yumbo. Sexy Costumes, Sexy entertainers, Sounds and Colour - get yourself down to a bar in the Yumbo and enjoy the View !!!
Lesbian Club Night by Jackies Bar
23.00 until 4am from Jackies Lesbian Bar - trip to Fun4All Nightclub.
TUESDAY
Lesbian Catamaran Trip 12.15
Fashion Fun Show - 12 midday to 6.00pm at LOS ALMENDROS Complex. A camp afternoon of songs, models, beats and splashing around. Live Entertainment from 1.30pm.
Pink Street Entertainment - PINK NIGHT in Yumbo. Oggle the sexy Acrobats in PINK. Make sure you pack something in PINK !!! 9.30pm to Midnight.

Ash Cloud Nightmare!
Here at Club Vista Serena, everybody is asking the same thing...when will we be able to fly???It's unbelieveable how everything has come to a stop, and how this is affecting everybody, but what's more unbelieveable are the crazy things that have been going on in the world this year:
- Earthquake in Haiti
- Floods in Maderia
- Floods in Brazil
- Earthquake in Western China
- and now, volcano erupting in Iceland.
I don't know about you, but it looks like the world is being turned upside down!
What about the snowy Xmas we've had in the UK, how long did that last for? We've had crazy weather in the Canaries too at the beginning of the year. So much rainfall, that some of the beach at Maspalomas has disappeared. I went to Meloneras this weekend to have a walk along the promenade. It was a beautiful day, but when I passed the Faro and got to Maspalomas, a big chunk of the beach has gone! The sea comes right up to the bars and restaurants that are there on that strip of the beach. Many of the guests had told me about it, but until I saw it for myself, I couldn't quite imagine it.
It makes you think, doesn't it?
